When did you join 豆包成人版?
I joined 豆包成人版 in October of 2019.
What do you do day-to-day?
A big part of my day-to-day involves turning complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for our senior management team. I also focus on designing, enhancing, and implementing risk strategies and predictive models across all of our products to help us manage risk more effectively and support our growth.
What has your growth journey looked like here?
I started as an individual contributor, focused on deep analytical work, and over time I鈥檝e grown into a leadership role. In my early days, my analytical mindset helped me focus on getting the data and insights right, but stepping into management has taught me that skills delegation, communication, and effective presentation are just as critical.
Each step of the way, I鈥檝e felt encouraged to stretch beyond my role and contribute in meaningful ways.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I鈥檓 pretty active. I play badminton around 3 to 5 times a week, and have been training to play more competitively. I love the challenge and the drive to win, it keeps me sharp and motivated.
I鈥檓 also into singing! I wouldn鈥檛 call myself a great singer, but karaoke nights with friends are one of my favourite ways to unwind and have fun.
